YOKOHAMA, Japan - Yokohama BayStars manager speaks at a news conference on his resignation Sept. 26. His team has been pinned at the bottom of the Central League for the entire season. Mori was named Yokohama manager in 2001 on a three-year contract after steering the Seibu Lions to eight league pennants and six Japan Series titles in nine seasons between 1986 and 1994.
